• Customisations - anything you want to change to make the tree truly unique and yours. Tree type, custom sizing, final touches for leaves, bark material, pot size and design, secret engravings, etc.
• Shipping - We handle worldwide shipping and logistics unless you wish to do it yourself.
• Installation - You can arrange it with your partners, but we offer that three people from Suwada will come to oversee the installation.
• Authenticity Certification - Stamped and signed by Suwada's CEO, and grandson of the founder.
• Should you want to sell the tree in the future Suwada will help. We keep detailed records and know where every bonsai tree is and has been, ensuring authenticity.

Beyond all that, Suwada's artisans and designers offer to visit the site again a few years after the installation, if necessary, to ensure the tree is well maintained, advise on the material, and provide ideas and inspiration.
